The Lab's two PHD graduates are planning to move on a new journey for the future:

- Bharath Babu Nunna, PHD (2018, NJIT) is going to join as a Postdoc at Harvard University in 2019. The innovative research by him on nano biochip featured by multiplex sensing with plasma self-separation mechanism is highly recognized and got many national and international innovation awards in various meetings and conferences on the future of point-of-care diagnostic technologies.

- Shiqiang "Simon" Zhuang, PHD (2017, NJIT) is going to join as a new faculty (tenure-track Associate Professor) at Jinan University (a leading university in the southeast of China) in 2019. The pioneered research by him on nitrogen-doped graphene catalysts modified with metal organic framework (called "N-G/MOF"), synthesized by a new approach, called "nano high energy wet (NHEW) ball milling methods", has been highly recognized in leading journals in carbon and energy materials.
